Veterans needing transportation!
If you need transportation to your medical appointment at the Providence VA Medical Center, the DAV can help.
This service is for veterans with transportation problems.
- Your appointment must be at the Providence VAMC.
- You must be able to enter and exit the van unassisted. (Sorry, not wheelchair accessable).
- Your medical appointment must be during the morning hours.
- You must reserve your ride at least 1 week in advance.
The DAV will pick you up at the Northbridge Town Hall.
